I began my career in New York as a member of the NBC Page Program, an experience that led to a role at Saturday Night Live, where I worked as a Writers’ Assistant for three years. I then moved to Los Angeles and wrote for Emily Spivey on Up All Night, followed by John Mulaney’s sitcom Mulaney, where I wrote my first produced episode.
I went on to work with Pam Brady and Mitch Hurwitz on Lady Dynamite, and later joined The Last Man on Earth, where I wrote an episode in its third season. I was subsequently staffed on NBC’s A.P. Bio, co-writing the season finale.
Most recently, I served as a contributing writer on Krapopolis and developed a pilot (working title: Nonterouge), starring Mel Rodriguez and Nick Antonyan.
My latest spec script, My Buddy Brian, draws from my experience falling in love for the first time just after turning 40—how spectacularly wrong it went, and how unexpectedly right it felt. I’ve also written a horror feature, Rager, currently in pre-production, centered on a house party set in a real-life murder house in Los Feliz. In addition, I’m developing a Christmas feature, Vixen, about one of Santa’s lesser-known reindeer from the wrong side of the tracks.
I’m 6’6" and love dogs.
