I drive the vision, the design system and end-to-end delivery with a team of 6 (back, front, mobile, design). Shipped on the App Store and Google Play in December 2025.
I love going architecture-first: Cursor Rules, formalized PRDs, a clear Definition of Done. I’m also into purposeful motion (GSAP, physics-based easing) and weaving AI workflows into user research and delivery.
Before TNS, I was the first design hire at Merim Groupe, an agency designer at The Design Crew (Pass Culture, Vendredi, Heetch), and freelanced on Eximion.
On the community side, I volunteer with FrenchProduit (running meetups, speaker at FLUPA Nantes 2025).
