Simulator Software Specialist for Unit 2 and 3 Indian Point simulators; developed applications, corrected model code and operated the simulator for testing. Simulator code is Fortran, C, C++, Visual Basic 6 and Visual Basic for Applications. Won industry TIP award for simulator seismic response. Created a system of programs used by the Entergy fleet for tracking personnel and qualifications coming on site for outage work. Program required interfacing Access and SQL and Oracle databases. Acquired in-depth experience in Visual Basic 6, Access, Excel, Word, Power Point, Visual Basic for Applications and Office Automation. Developed the Word Macro used by the eSoms Action Tracking program to import the plant Technical Specification information. Setup the eSoms Action Tracking program for Diablo Canyon Station working as a Tech Assist contractor.
Project Manager for the Validation of the site FSAR; managed over 20 plant and contract personnel; budgeted for over $4 million and all completed phases were under budget and ahead of schedule.
