I am an illustrator, graphic designer and self-taught printmaker based in Gujarat. In 2003, I joined the Faculty of Fine Arts, M.S. University, Baroda and majored in Applied Arts. Previously as a graphic designer, I worked with leading advertising agencies in Delhi, where my illustration work earned me several prestigious international awards, such as D&AD, Cannes Lions, One Show and Clio New York. I left advertising to follow my passion for print-making in 2022. Born in the Dang district of south Gujarat to a tribal family, My artworks depict the unusual duality of my experiences - from my tribal upbringing to my migration to an urban, manicured landscape.
