Responsibilities include client management, creative concepting, fabrication and preproduction planning, on-site logistics management and overall activation execution.

Managed 9 different accounts and over 40 projects including global in-person activations, virtual reality experiences, e-commerce platforms and branded merchandise. Liaised with team members from various departments and interfaced with clients effectively through the entire project lifecycle, contributing to over $500,000 in profit to date.

Assisted with floral installations for an average of 3 weddings per month. Responsibilities included labor-intensive setups and breakdowns, as well as design work—from table arrangements to arches, ceiling installs and escort walls.
