Designed and executed a multi-method usability evaluation of a live institutional website, combining moderated lab testing, eye-tracking, think-aloud protocol, online open card sorting, and Likert-scale post-test questionnaires across 5 lab participants and 18 card sorts. Operated professional eye-tracking equipment to capture gaze plots and heat maps, revealing attention patterns and navigation failures across key user flows.
