    The subject of the is the design of a senior living home located in Gdańsk, in the Jasień neighborhood, by Kartuska Street. The aim of the project was to create a space suitable for elderly residents, ensuring ease of navigation and providing a sense of comfort and care for its users. Following terrain and sociological analyses, the project "Sanctuary - Senior Care Home" was developed. The designed building is divided into four distinct sections: a residential area with rooms accessible for people with disabilities; a restaurant area with kitchen facilities; a common activity zone, including rooms such as a reading room, lecture hall, and gardening activity room; and a physiotherapy area, which features several treatment rooms, a gym, and a yoga room. The facility includes a garage with an entrance at the ground level, adjacent to the physiotherapy section, due to the terrain's topography.
