Built a banking assistant chatbot in Google Dialogflow to guide customers in choosing suitable account types; trained 70+ intents and integrated with client servers using secure JSON keys. Designed and deployed an end-to-end MotorClaims workflow in OmniApp: customer forms, queue-variable mapping, email validation, conditional Discard routing; registered Process Server & Expiry service via IBPS Service Manager. Prototyped a document-grounded AI assistant using Ollama (local LLM) for pre-sales; improved response consistency while keeping data on-prem. Practiced robust engineering: try-catch error handling, Git branching, and Jenkins-based CI/CD to streamline builds and reduce manual steps.
