    A series of hip hop cypher videos featuring artists from The Gambia. Each video would feature 5 or 6 artists on a beat. Undertaking all the audio production, a total of 3 beats were produced by me (Kandalit), around 30 artists were recorded by me (Kandalit), arranged into 6 separate tracks, and all tracks were mixed and mastered. The tracks were made into 6 separate videos, 4 of which were published. The video production was handled by various parties, while the videos for part 1 & 2 were edited by me (Kandalit).

    paper Hip Hop 101 TV Show

    A tv show that put the spotlight on local hip hop artists in The Gambia. As the host, the producer, video editor, and audio engineer on the project, my duties were to put together the show from start to finish, setting up microphones to record the audio to sync with the footage, including a one minute “freestyle” where the artist was recorded, mixed & mastered and the resulting audio synced to the footage, editing and cutting the footage with Final Cut Pro, and adding intro and outro/credits graphics using Motion. 10 episodes were produced and broadcast on Paradise Tv, terrestrial television in the Gambia.
