I’m Kristen Noël, a results-driven creative professional with more than 20 years of experience in theatre production and performance, combined with a background in information technology, financial services, and operations. I’ve actively contributed to theatre from wardrobe, hair, makeup, prosthetics, and stage management to board governance, always aiming to bring artistic vision together with solid operations.

Outside theatre, I apply the same blend of creativity and technical acumen to modern workplaces—leading teams in technology management, financial services, and project coordination, facilitating fundraising, strategic planning, and process improvements. I enjoy sharing knowledge, building teams, and guiding organizations through complex productions and programs to achieve meaningful outcomes.
