    Story boarder and Concept Artist for Indie filmmaker

    Worked for an independent filmmaker by the company Day Jobs Films in 2019. The director wanted an animated segment for their historical biography of famed abolitionist John Brown. Was given a scene by the director and tasked with: character design, backgrounds, and storyboarding the scene in less then 6 weeks. At the end of the 6 week timeline, a completed animatic was submitted to the director.

    Freelance Assistant Comic Artist for My Kiwi Crush webcomic
    Worked closely with creator of My Kiwi Crush webcomic to create their vision based on rough sketch concepts. Creator would send the rough pages for individual pages. I would line the sketches, edit any mistakes or continuity errors, color the black and white panels, and paint simple backgrounds for the pages. Worked closely with the creator whenever I needed clarifying information about details. Files would be sent back to creator to do final edits, word bubbles, and texturing to their liking.     Rough 2D Animator for Kickstarter pilot

    I did rough 2D animation for the Kickstarter To Belong by Roosa Karlson. While this pilot has yet to be finished, I’ve done various clips for this pilot. I would receive short, voiced storyboarded clips with instructions for animation by Roosa, and would report to her with any questions or updates on said clips. My primary focus was animating humanoid characters in a mix of anime/disney art style. Lip syncing and character animation were the main priorities.
