Hello, I am an experienced conceptual creative with over 20 years experience in B2B and B2C, my curiosity knows no bounds and am continually evolving my skill set and thought processes to maintain constantly elevating projects. Shaping brand identities and delivering multi-channel campaigns from concept stage to completion, having negotiated client feedback and liaising with the PM team to translate designs in the best format possible into reality. All my design proposals are well articulated and presented from the offset including mock-ups and guidelines explaining materials and mechanics and rationale. As a Creative Lead at HB, I line managed a team of 6, although mentored across the whole main studio. I collaborate and can lead teams through projects from start to completion and oversee the design team maintaining outstanding quality of final product that exceeds the clients expectations. My skills in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator are well grounded, in addition I an well versed in XD and am confident using Figma. I have some experience in After Effects with simple animations and film editing and am looking to add Webflow to my skill set. I have strong typography talents as well as the ability to draw, concepts always start with sketching in my notebook. I work alongside teams of professionals from graduates to Creative Directors, with the emphasis on helping each other grow at all levels. Combined with working remotely as a freelancer throughout points of my career, has enabled me to push boundaries at times fearlessly as I have gained vast experience to know what is possible.
