Led end-to-end video production operations at scale, developing and maintaining a pipeline spanning sample ordering, scheduling, casting, production, post-production, QA, and on-site publishing across multiple production bays and locations. Managed a hybrid team of 70+ contractors and 12 full-time employees, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career coaching across creative, production, and post-production roles. Owned monthly budgeting and cost controls to meet per-video cost targets, while identifying opportunities for optimization. Created and maintained daily, weekly, and monthly crew schedules to meet aggressive production goals. Supervised the digitization and telecine transfer of archival 16 mm film, VHS, and reel-to-reel audio materials, ensuring preservation and technical quality.
