Founded Gusto Gatherings, a national B2B community program connecting small business owners and accountants through peer conversations, live programming, and direct input back to internal teams. Proposed and launched the inaugural SMB advisory council, designed the full selection process, participation structure, and a two-year cohort model. Applications grew from 123 for the first council to 400+ per council competing for 12 seats. Scaled company-led events from 7 to 20 between 2024 and 2025, averaging 200 attendees per event across national conferences including Invest Fest, Scaling New Heights, and AICPA. Designed and delivered programming on AI in their business, building internal community and strengthening outreach strategy.
