These are the initials of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC), in the binary system, the language of computers. Kostas negotiates with two basic concepts, Knowledge and Imagination. Concepts so interrelated where the one begets the other. There are no limits to any of them as there are no physical limits to Kostas’ new video. Inspired by the lines and curves of this miracle of architecture, Kostas created a new fantastic world where symmetry prevails. Symmetry both in shape and in concept. Symmetry in its two forms, the two-sided and radial one is the main feature of natural evolution and at Kostas’s eyes SNFCC represents exactly that. An evolution in art, letters, and culture in general.
