Hello, my name is Koki Otsuka and I'm from Japan. I worked in corporate sales in Kyoto for 2 years and 6 months, mainly serving accountants and their clients by selling accounting software and office equipment, including electronics and furniture. While my company focused mainly on maintaining relationships with existing clients, I proactively sought new business opportunities by approaching clients who had not yet been approached. As a result, over the course of 1 year and 6 months, I successfully contacted about 600 companies in Kyoto, Shiga, and Nara, and secured new business partnerships with some of them. In August 2023, I quit my job to study film and came to Canada in January 2024. I will start studying Video Design & Production at George Brown College in September 2025.
