Konstantin Hinkel

I’m Konstantin, a product and brand designer with 10+ years of experience.
Born in Germany, now based in remote northern Finland, I work best in high-autonomy, remote-first roles where I take full ownership of design from early concept to production.

Over the last 5 years, I’ve led end-to-end product and brand work across multiple Web3 projects, covering UX/UI systems, brand identity, motion, and go-to-market design. The products I worked on have facilitated over $15B in transaction volume and are used by thousands of real users.

I’m comfortable operating close to founders, navigating ambiguity, and building durable design systems in technically complex environments.
