Kristina Valentinova Samsarova-Yordanova

I am a creative and detail-oriented photographer and photo editor with over seven years of experience in both digital and analog photography. I specialize in conceptual image-making, visual storytelling, and advanced post-production, including color grading, compositing, and professional-level retouching using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.

Drawing from my background in film production and visual arts, I craft structured, goal-oriented visual tasks and bring them to life through simulated workflows. My work often explores constructed realities and narrative staging, making me well-suited for editing scenarios that involve creative direction and iterative refinement. I am a native Bulgarian speaker fluent in English (C1) and thrive in fast-paced, high-output environments. I am actively involved in higher education, working with FilmEU’s Equality, Diversity & Inclusion office and teaching as an assistant lecturer at NATFA, while mentoring students as a photography tutor.
