    A comic about getting triggered and the conflicting voices that arise inside. I made this comic as I was developing my compassionate voice and I wanted to make real the conversations that were going on inside my head. In terms of mental health, it destigmatizes panic attacks and introduces the audience to alternative ways of talking to themselves when things are difficult.
