Served as key point in the restructuring of the station, creating two original Latin music shows, and renewing the afternoon, mid-morning, and weekend shows. Supervised the music for on-air shows, increasing brand visibility and listener interest. Mixed on-air content while delivering vocal talent. Liaised with station partners to engage stakeholders and represent the station at networking events. Collaborated on new content concepts and planning for the station's future. Trained new staff, including 3 current presenters. Served as Morning Show Co-Host of The Breakfast Show during the rebranding stage.
