Managed pivot from a failing MVP to a functional AI messaging agent on Telegram and WhatsApp. Delivered a working prototype with user adoption by conducting competitor and market research, updating the product roadmap, prioritizing developer tasks, integrating ChatGPT API and payment/scheduling systems, and organizing onboarding processes to collect user feedback and iterate on the product.

Led the EV infrastructure planning platform development including MVP scoping and AI-powered feature implementation. Conducted competitor research, ran PPC tests on Google Ads to validate acquisition hypotheses, and collaborated with electrical engineers to integrate electrical logic. Created UI drafts and prototypes using Figma and AI tools, and developed client training materials like AI knowledge base and tutorial videos, resulting in a validated prototype and active users.

Launched EV charging hardware and SaaS startup software, expanded operations to 6 countries in Central Asia and the Middle East. Secured funding by creating financial models and investment decks. Developed and implemented a go-to-market strategy, managed agile development and launch of the EV charging SaaS platform including driver mobile app and management platform. Adapted localization and payment systems to multiple countries.
