The record melds hypnotic melodies, industrial textures, and layered vocals in exploring themes of mysticism, collapse, resilience and yearning. It was inspired by surreal literature, personal struggle, and the wretched state of affairs all over us. §URGE is both intimate and cinematic. It is raw and emotional. “Day” is an experimental fusion of industrial percussion, haunting synthesisers, Eastern-European melodies and emotional vocals. It captures the struggle and triumph of living with a rare chronic disease—transforming fear into resilience. A hypnotic, raw soundscape that pulses with tension and release, echoing the fight to embrace each new day.

The video, filmed in Brandenburg, serves as a metaphor for overcoming fear, while dealing with a chronic condition. It follows a character who is pursued through the forest until they find the courage to confront their pursuer and face them.
