Leila Dhaou-Hetzel

Hi, I’m Leila Dhaou-Hetzel. I’m an editor and filmmaker with a passion for educational and environmentally themed content. I have hands-on experience in shooting, editing, color grading, and postproduction across e-learning and promotional projects. I enjoy creating storyboard-driven visuals and collaborating with scientists to translate complex topics into engaging media. In my work, I lead postproduction efforts, manage creative teams, and craft cohesive visual language that supports clear educational outcomes.

I’m comfortable working across languages (English, French, German) and thrive in international collaborations. I studied Documentary & Ethnographic Film at Sorbonne University in Paris, which informs my approach to storytelling with purpose and attention to detail.
