I bridge spatial aesthetics with hard budget control and site execution. From concept-to-render (SketchUp, V-Ray, AutoCAD) down to multi-trade tendering, scheduling, and cost-control (Presto, Excel).
• Managing 3–4 active residential/commercial sites in parallel (120k€–350k€ scope)
• Zero design-to-build disconnect: I spec details that actually get built on time and margin.
