    Business Insider's Sandstone Mining

    I was the lead designer and animator on the Sandstone mining video. There were 5 total animations I took on by myself, each vastly different than the last. It was a challenge finding appropriate ways to tell the story visually, and it took various rounds of trial and error, but in the end, it was a fun challenge to face. These animations tell the story of a modern-day slavery system that workers are stuck in and how it is impossible to get out of it.

    I was the lead designer and animator for the Toxic Tofu video. My animations were used to emphasize the relationship between Indonesia’s tofu and (toxic) waste, and how microplastics can be found within the tofu. The illustrations portrayed how trash has become a part of everyday life in the world of tofu making and the unfortunate consequences that can come from it.
