I hold an Illustration diploma from Seneca College (2017) and a Bachelor of Animation from Sheridan College (2022). Throughout my career, I’ve developed illustrations, and design work for clients such as Between the Boots, BB’s, Nuit Blanche Toronto, Shufl Inc, MilkUp Ontario, and VIBE Arts. In my graphic design endeavors, I’ve worked on concert flyers, projection, album artwork, t-shirt designs, and promo art. In animation, I specialize in visual development — character, location, and prop design, as well as background art. My most recent studio role was as a Background Clean-Up Artist at Bento Box Entertainment on Season 1 of Hulu’s “Standing By”, where I honed my skills in clean-up, layout, asset design, and studio pipeline organization. Some of my key highlights relevant to this role: - Developed the full visual identity for Between The Boots, including posters, logos, and illustrations inspired by magazines and scrapbooks. - Designed album and single artwork for multiple music projects, including Aquarealm and Seeing the Ultraviolet, incorporating illustration, custom typography, and layout. - Created motion graphics for Afro Anthology, a live performance blending character design with animated projections in the format of a game menu. - Collaborated on designs for local restaurants like BB’s and Lamesa, designing menus and t-shirts that celebrate cultural roots. - Directed and illustrated my animated short ORION, where I handled storyboarding, design, backgrounds, animation, compositing, and promo materials. - Background Clean-Up Artist at Bento Box Entertainment for Hulu’s Standing By (now cancelled). - Nine years of freelance illustration experience creating album covers, promotional illustrations, flyers, and marketing assets for clients across music, arts, and fashion sectors. - Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Clip Studio Paint, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
