I'm Maria "Lupita" Roa, a graduate from USC with a BA Animation and Digital Arts with a minor in Comedy and Cinematic Arts! I am a first-generation Mexican-American storyboard artist and character animator taking care of my younger sister and my two dogs. I specialize in story telling, character design, and character animation. I come from a broken childhood, and animated films and shows gave me hope in my darkest times. I want to help kids and give hope that life gets better through my shows. When I'm not doodling on napkins or chasing every squirrel I see, I like to teach high schoolers about animation in addition to mentoring them. I am also the showrunner and creator of The Time Trio, an indie animated series, with the pilot completing in the end of 2023.
