Led development of advanced forecasting and predictive modelling solutions on large-scale, multi-site retail data to improve forecasting accuracy for operational planning and budgeting. Designed and delivered machine learning and AI solutions to support customer targeting, decision optimisation and responsible AI adoption within a banking and marketing context. Worked across the full data science lifecycle, from problem framing and hypothesis development through modelling, validation, deployment and communication of outcomes to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Engineered data pipelines to extract and transform water quality data from vendor REST APIs and developed a dynamic Power BI dashboard for anomaly detection and real-time alerting. Conducted time series analysis using SQL and Python (Databricks) to forecast water demand for irrigation, improving supply planning and resource allocation. Developed predictive models to forecast ant infestations across assets, supporting early intervention and reduced downtime.
