Hi. My name is Anelissa. I'm a Cape Town based 2D animator, illustrator and storyteller. Through animation and illustration I aim to explore characters, character designs and world-building. I fell in love with the art of animation when I found myself bringing my wildest imaginations to life and having the ability to share those stories in an engaging way. I enjoy working with artists from different creative backgrounds and disciplines as I find that creative collaboration allows for compelling artforms to develop. I've worked with South African musicians such as ByLwansta and Kimosabe to produce animated music videos and visualizers for their musical projects.
