Led IT activities for a stakeholder-driven masterplan initiative. Created and hosted a website based on stakeholder requirements, produced professional documentation across stages, and conducted research related to the masterplan. Managed a small team by distributing tasks, coordinating deliverables and resources, and communicating with business partners while designing, developing, and hosting the website.
