Managing episodic TV animation series, with a team of 8 artists and supervisor locally, as well as overseas production houses. Develop and setup production guidelines, processes, asset and task tracking systems, FP&A (Bids vs Actual) system, capacity planning from scratch. Planning of 3PP management for specific pipeline during capacity constraints. Managing the budget and EFC of all 3PP work. Establish process for coordination work with external companies that fits with the production team. Tracks the cost to ensure that the work is on budget, and mitigate any forecasted warnings. Review and approve all production-related invoices. Develop detailed baseline project plans, status updates, timelines, preparing (“dailies” and “weeklies”), setup handover assets or shots to the next pipeline in-line. Be point of contact to escalates issues such as day-to-day artist and project issues, serve as key communication liaison between all parties. Develop and maintain weekly reports on tracking production hours. Lead and make decision on what can be outsourced in order to achieve the same targeted deadline set by client.
