This is an email written for the real estate investment company Grocapitus. I started the email with bad news by telling the investors in the fourplex complex that Grocapitus’ plan to build fourplexes would not be an option due to the city’s new regulations. I give the investors an exciting alternative while highlighting its location and beneficial aspects for investment in a positive, diligent, and proactive manner. Then, to spur them to action, I mentioned that this amazing opportunity is only available for 48 hours and included a link to the video, followed by an apology for the change.
