Lukas Strautins

Hi, I’m Lukas Strautins. I’m a newly qualified vocational trainer (TAE40122) based in Melbourne, with a background in professional screenwriting and media production. I’m passionate about facilitating learning, breaking down complex ideas, and engaging diverse audiences through clear storytelling and humor.

My strengths include critical thinking, storytelling and narrative design, teamwork and collaboration, relationship building, learner engagement, and creative problem solving. I’ve worked across screenwriting, video production, and education - from mentoring Tim Ferguson to assisting production at Cherry Hands Media and supporting educators at the University of Melbourne. I’m excited to create training experiences that are practical, human, and memorable.
