Hi, I’m Makayla and I’m an all-round artist. I’m very flexible and hold a lot of values and skills in the creative industry. I like to be as creative and flexible as possible, willing to help out in any area needed. I’ve worked on a variety of projects that include 2D Animation in Toom Boom Harmony, 3d modelling and animation in Autodesk 3ds max, Maya and Blender. I’ve done game development, working on 3d environments in unreal engine, storyboarding, script writing, sound editing, voice acting, post-production in After Effects, Premiere Pro, NUKE and DaVinci Resolve. I also do digital art outside of work to draw character designs, backgrounds and improving my skills as an artist in general. Recently I’ve been modelling my own 3D character in blender and planning on rigging that for animation. I understand topology, UV unwrapping, weight painting, creating controls for IK and FK arms, etc. I stand out from everyone else because I’m not afraid to experiment. I genuinely love art and it’s what I’ve always wanted to do in life. I love the process, I love the attention to detail, I love experiencing the steps that must be taken to be able to grow and create something extraordinary. I want to be niche and take pride in everything I do in a project.
