A complete strategic overhaul, renaming, and visual rebranding of a traditional long-term care facility (LDN) into a modernized healthcare center. I was solely responsible for the entire creative and conceptual lifecycle of this transformation.

Scope of Work (100% Human Creativity & Strategy)
Naming Strategy & Study:** Conducted a deep-dive analysis and rebranding study to successfully transition the institution from an old-fashioned clinical label to a welcoming and prestigious “Center” brand.
Identity & Logo Design: Designed the complete visual identity from scratch, including the core logo, typography system, and a customized color palette aligned with healthcare psychology.
Brand Application: Developed a cohesive visual ecosystem applied across physical facility signage, corporate stationery, promotional materials, and digital platforms.

Business Impact
The rebranding completely transformed public and professional perception of the facility. It replaced a clinical, institutional image with a modern, trusted, and high-quality brand that stands out in the region.

Project Overview:
Elektro Planner is a custom, full-stack operational ecosystem designed and developed for an engineering and design studio. The application maps, structures, and manages the entire lifecycle of complex technical orders, replacing absolute operational chaos with a data-driven workflow.

The Business Problem:
Before the implementation, the client faced massive capacity pressure and operational blindness. Project lifecycles were not tracked; pausing a project meant losing momentum and context. Deadlines were frequently missed, and client unreliability was not measured. Price quotes for new contracts were estimated by eye from the desk, leading to lost revenue. Generating legally compliant technical reports was a slow, painful manual process.

The Solution & Tech Stack:
I stepped in to analyze their business process, translate their needs, and build a tailored solution.

Frontend: Deployed via Vercel for a fast, responsive user interface.

Backend & Database: Modeled the database structure in Supabase to track order states, history, and metrics.

Development & Automation: Built efficiently using Visual Studio Code. Integrated an automated technical report generator that automatically compiles reports compliant with current legislation based on entered project data, replacing an older, unstable integration setup.

Business Impact:
The studio achieved total control over its time and capacity. They now have crystal-clear visibility into project deadlines, automated document generation that eliminates hours of paperwork, and precise historical data to calculate accurate, profitable price offers.
