Led end-to-end design for Elevation’s first family-facing product built for school districts serving multilingual learner communities, from early discovery through public launch. Drove cross-functional alignment as design lead on a new B2B SaaS product team, generating $1M+ in sales and reaching 100K+ new users in the product’s first year through incremental releases while balancing user, technical, and business needs. Planned and synthesized research across educators, administrators, subject matter experts, and multilingual families across more than a dozen research rounds, translating insights into product requirements and iterative prototypes. Built workflow maps and experience artifacts to clarify complex user journeys and inform product development. Designed scalable patterns and systems to support a more cohesive platform experience.

Explored and documented product requirements for a web platform migration, coordinating with product and engineering teams across time zones to define MVP scope and align priorities across multiple functional workstreams. Conducted 8+ stakeholder interviews and synthesized findings into structured requirements documentation, translating business constraints into actionable engineering inputs. Supported sprint planning and backlog prioritization alongside the product lead, contributing to on-time completion of 3+ MVP milestones across a distributed cross-functional team.

Developed 10+ wireframes and interactive prototypes to clarify workflows for internal enterprise users, collaborating with the design lead across iteration rounds to align concepts with business goals. Conducted usability reviews across 3+ internal workflows, identifying friction points and proposing design improvements to simplify key internal processes for end users. Participated in bi-weekly design critiques and cross-functional reviews, incorporating feedback from product and business stakeholders to refine 3+ workflow prototypes from concept through handoff.
