Founded and lead Octosoft; manage project milestones, art/music task delegation, and maintain a shared vision across disciplines. Supervise a team of environmental, promotional, animation artists, and a composer; organize finances, crowdfunding, grants, and publisher funding/agreements; oversee marketing including trade shows, and grow social channels (Discord, Twitter).
