Baskoro (45), a hotel janitor, lives a modest life with his wife and child. Though content, he often feels sorrowful for not being able to provide a better life for his family. He regrets his unambitious youth and wishes he could go back in time to fix everything. One day, he wakes up as his 20-year-old self.
He seizes this opportunity to focus on building a career at the hotel where he works. Through hard work, he begins to find success, earns promotions, and eventually marries the woman who becomes his wife. However, his obsession with his career causes him to neglect the important things in life.
By the time he turns 40, he becomes the General Manager of a prestigious hotel, but his life is consumed by work, distancing him from his family.
He fails to realize that his child has grown up and that the people around him are only using him. The breaking point comes when he returns home one day and finds his family preoccupied with their own lives—strangers living under the same roof. Baskoro feels empty and, once again, is filled with regret over the life he has lived.
