About
I’m Don Hunter, a remote sound engineer with 20 years of experience recording, mixing, and editing audio with Pro Tools. I love working with music and finding the right sound to make it come alive. I also mix music and sound effects for video, and I’ve produced sound for independent projects. I’m excited about opportunities that let me contribute high-quality audio to remote projects.
I’ve run my own audio recording business and freelanced at Bay Area studios, collaborating with producers and artists to achieve their goals. I’m comfortable solving technical issues quickly and delivering for non-broadcast commercials, independent films, and music videos. I welcome the chance to discuss how I can contribute to your team.
