I’m María, a graphic designer and art directress who loves turning ideas into clear, emotional visual narratives. I work between identity, editorial design, campaigns and art direction. After collaborating with studios like Base Design, EIGA, Franz&René, Supero and Horde, and designing for brands such as Adidas, Adobe, Breguet or the Ville de Lausanne, I now focus on helping clients find a visual language that feels intelligent, intentional and uniquely theirs. In times of increasing housing shortage and the almost unregulated development of rents, the business model and social philosophy of housing cooperatives has become a benchmark for urban housing construction. To reflect the brand’s role as a leading example for sustainable urban housing concepts we updated its visual identity.
After successfully building a clear, emotional brand presence over the last 5 years, it has become increasingly important to show rational yet impressive facts and figures as part of the brand. They prove how important BVE is for the metropolis of Hamburg. This new strategic basis required a sophisticated refreshment of the visual identity system.
To reflect the brand’s role as a leading example for sustainable urban housing concepts we updated its visual identity. Tightly coordinated with the brand idea — to create a fair and sustainable living space — the design elements reflect the purpose of the BVE.
