Hello, I’m Mariana Alves. I’m a freelance design lead with expertise in visual identity and global environmental design for events with 100,000+ attendees.

I lead a remote team of five designers and deliver environmental graphics, wayfinding, spatial branding, and large-scale print production for events featuring global CEOs and internationally recognised speakers and celebrities. My responsibilities include reviewing all design work for brand consistency, developing allocation plans, preparing production files, coordinating with print suppliers, and supporting on-site installation. I work closely with event managers during site visits to identify opportunities to elevate spaces and create meaningful attendee experiences, including conducting venue walk-throughs to flag improvements for future editions.
