I've been a designer and developer for 15+ years. I offer a unique combination of design training and technical expertise. I specialise in UI development, with a particular interest in data visualisation and animated vector graphics (svg). I'm currently self employed, with flexibility to take on any remote work. My day rate is negotiable - please make me a fair offer. I started my career in London in 2009, as an ActionScript developer. I worked on a number of interactive e-learning applications for clients such as Attic Media, Cambridge University Press, and The Institute of Physics. In 2012 I started a part-time MA in Graphic Design, to complement my programming experience. Alongside this, I did a lot of freelance web design + development work for small businesses and charities across the globe. In 2018, after many years of self-employment, travel and study, I transitioned back to full-time employment and in the years following, I worked for 3 different Tech startups on large, complex web applications using technologies such as React and ClojureScript. Since 2022, I've been self-employed, trading under the name of Drishti Design, and working on design and development project of all sizes for web and mobile.
