Worked in the Direct Sales division developing digital and print materials for O Boticário brand resellers. Created email marketing assets, e-books, social media content, presentations, and promotional materials; designed key visuals and hotspots for product launches; finalized artwork for printed materials in reseller spaces; and managed layout and design of digital and print catalogs.

Development of digital health products focused on industrial workers; Conducting usability testing with target users to validate user flows and prototypes; Facilitating ideation and brainstorming workshops with multidisciplinary teams; Designing interfaces, detailing business rules, and supporting the implementation of digital systems; Sprint validation alongside technical teams; Participation in the rollout of digital solutions across SESI operational units, including team training.

Currently working as a UX/UI Designer at the Health, Safety and Social Responsibility Management division at Sesi Paraná. Responsibilities include designing the interface for the “Cartão Sesi Viva +” app, conducting usability testing with key users to validate prototypes, supporting implementation of biometric readers in healthcare units and training staff across the state, leading workshops for new exam scheduling system solutions, participating in technical immersions with developers to define system functionalities, and designing interface screens with business rules while supporting sprint validation for new scheduling and healthcare system.
