Project overview

A digital booking and operations experience for a mobile detailing service in Southwest Florida. Customers need to choose a vehicle and service, understand pricing, and request a visit; field teams need a simple way to manage stops.

My contribution

I shaped the digital brand, built the interactive quote and booking journey, and connected appointment handling to GoHighLevel through webhooks. The project also includes a lightweight mobile workflow for the field crew.

Scope and approach

• Organized a verified catalogue of 88 services and 142 vehicle-specific prices.
• Built a step-by-step quote flow for different vehicle types and service packages.
• Routed appointments through a capacity-aware system for a four-van operation.
• Added a mobile crew view for resolving stops in the field.
