María Caparrós, born in Caravaca de la Cruz in 1988 (Murcia). She holds a degree in Art History from the University of Murcia and later completed her studies in Artistic Photography at the School of Arts and Crafts in the same city. In 2015, she moved to Madrid, where she continued her training with a lighting course at MadPhoto and began working in fashion photography for various brands and designers. She later entered the audiovisual field, working as a still photographer on a range of musical and film projects. During her time in Madrid, she also gained experience in teaching. She taught photography as part of the Summer Styling Course at IED and in the same area for the Fashion Master’s Program at IADE. She is a regular contributor to media outlets such as Vogue, El País, and Guía Repsol. She currently combines her freelance work—mainly between Madrid and Valencia—with her role as an editor at Malvarrosa, an analog photography laboratory.
