This project highlights my full-cycle creative development work for Nanö (Importations N&N), where I designed both the clothing silhouettes and the original custom surface patterns, including the forest and animal prints. Emphasizing cross-functional teamwork, I collaborated continuously with fellow designers and technical design teams from concept to final layout. Together, we ensured the custom prints aligned perfectly with the collection’s structure, creating cohesive, factory-ready coordinate sets that met the brand’s premium aesthetic and corporate production guidelines.

This case study showcases my work in collection design and coordination for the premium childrenswear brand, Nanö (Importations N&N). As the Lead Designer for this baby apparel line, I orchestrated the seasonal concept, curated the color stories, and strategically built the entire product assortment, with a focus on functional and commercial coordinate sets. Developed within a collaborative corporate environment, this collection involved continuous teamwork with co-designers and technical design teams to ensure seamless product alignment from initial layout to final commercial execution. I directed the collection’s creative flow by selecting and seamlessly integrating custom prints developed by a graphic designer onto the technical flat designs, while ensuring strict compliance with children’s safety standards and brand aesthetic guidelines for mass production.

This project demonstrates a full-cycle development of a modern, boho-chic summer apparel collection for women, bridging creative concept with high-level technical precision. Based on an organic color story and custom botanical motifs, I designed complete 2D vector flat sketches and comprehensive, factory-ready Tech Packs using Adobe Illustrator. From detailed Bills of Materials (BOM) and clear garment construction callouts to colorways mapping, this deliverable ensures flawless execution and product consistency for overseas mass manufacturing.
