Megan Bidmead

My name is Megan. I’m a freelance writer from Bristol, England. I’m deeply passionate about creative writing and video games.

With six years of experience, my work has been published both online and in print, and I have written everything from retrospectives to interviews with game developers.

I’m also about to complete a degree in creative writing. I love to write short stories, with a particular focus on technology, and two of my short stories have won literary prizes.

I would love to move over from games journalism to game development, and I am seeking narrative design/script writing roles I can sink my teeth into.
