I turn messy public-source data and spreadsheets into decision-ready deliverables: verified source collection, data cleaning, country and role coding, QA logs, ROI summaries, and lightweight web tools. My current working demo audits CSV/XLSX files for missing values, duplicate keys, mixed data types, and whitespace, then exports a structured issue list. I work in English and Chinese, define acceptance checks before delivery, and move fast on fixed-scope pilots and corrections.

I designed and built a local-first browser tool that checks CSV and XLSX files for missing values, duplicate rows, mixed data types, and whitespace issues, then exports a structured issue list. Files stay in the browser instead of being uploaded to a third-party service.
