I'm a graduate graphic designer and illustrator (2:1), with a strong background in retail and hospitality, bringing a unique blend of creativity and customer insight to every project. With over 5 years of experience in freelance designing including personal and professional commissions, I specialise in creating eye-catching illustrations and graphics that not only look aesthetically pleasing but connect with my intended audience. My illustration work includes children’s book illustration, animation, custom portrait commissions, character design and branding. I love using Procreate and the Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, as well as traditional methods like sketching, watercolour and acrylic paint. I am passionate about storytelling through imagery, whether it’s designing characters that spark joy or crafting graphics that elevate a brand’s identity. I have had three jobs working in fast-paced retail and hospitality environments. Working these jobs has improved my communication skills and has taught me valuable skills which I wish to transfer into a full-time artistic career. What sets me apart is my ability to blend my personal interests and hobbies with artistic vision. I have danced from the age of five and maintained this hobby while at University. Therefore, this has had a significant influence on some of my strongest and favourite projects whether that be children’s books, paintings or animations. I am organised, got a strong eye for detail, and am comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously from concept to final delivery.
