I am Michelle Raja Gebara, a Brazilian actress, writer, director and producer. I began my journey with the Nós do Morro Group in 2008 and have since explored theatre, television, and cinema across Brazil and beyond. In 2025 I premiered my theatrical monologue ATRÁS DO VÉU, directed by Bruce Gomlevsky, with support from Rio City Hall and the Sesc Pulsar grant. Over the years I have acted in plays and TV series such as O Pagador de Promessas, Estranho Amor, and Globo projects Terra e Paixão, Amor Perfeito, Um Lugar ao Sol and Órfãos da Terra. I have produced and directed works like Pássaro Que VOA and Women Born of a Name, and I am fluent in Spanish, English, French and Arabic. My journey as an actor, writer and creator continues to blend theatre, film and television with a passion for storytelling that crosses cultures.
